I am currently taking a break from teaching weekly yoga classes.
Prenatal yoga classes empower mamas to care for their bodies and renew their spirits, for their own well-being and for their babies. Stretch, strengthen, and find support for the aches and pains of pregnancy and motherhood, prepare for childbirth, and connect with a community of other new mothers. Mom/baby classes include gentle yoga and massage for baby in the last part of class.
